Yes that is pretty standard for the Mountain if people dont realise. Short Mountain Sanctuary is best known by word of mouth, if you want to call and ask its welcomed, but standardly you think of the times as the weekend before Beltain to the weekend after. And as always if you know when you are fliing dont wait untill the week before to call and tell when you are fliing in. CALL NOW, It takes allot to put on the gatherings so it really is difficult when people call the day before their flight to tell ride cordinators( oh HI I am fliing in tommorrow could someone come pick me up....... never mind the fact that I am being so rude and not giving information in a helpful time.......... ANYWAY not to sound bitter LOL)
When you call the mountain GIVE YOU NUMBER FIRST that way they dont half to listen to a long message and at the end have a number that is said so fast that they have to listen to it all again. these are some helpful tips that if done correctly help people that have to cordinate allot of things.........THANK YOU SHORT MOUNTAIN KEEPERS for all the work you do to put on the events
